This artemisia is a bit different in that it has green foliage with a fern-like texture. It grows to about 18", is drought tolerant, winter hardy, and low maintenance. This unique perennial works well as an accent or border plant in the garden and also looks beautiful as a companion plant in containers. [Artemisia]
